Bottom Line: Runs okay, but regular slowdown and framerate drops.

The game is perfectly playable.
However, the game regularly slows down and jerks.

Players are advised to play Outrun 2006: Coast2Coast instead, which is mostly the same game, with plenty of new tracks and modes, and runs near perfectly.
